Study carried out by Professor Christine Duffield UTS Centre for Health Services Management in conjunction with Australian Nursing Federation and Papua New Guinea Nurses Association. The study included questionnaire development, oversight, supervision of project, data package development and data analysis including focus groups and analysis.
