Availability
- Will post drop-in office hours on their door.
- Do not have to see students immediately unless it is urgent.
- Will ensure that voice-mail is enabled.
- Will respond within 48 hours to students enquiries. (Monday-Friday)
- Will try 3 times, if there is no reply will not try again.
- Casual staff will inform students about who else to contact
when they are unavailable.
- Will inform the Student Office of contact details when absent,
when they will return and who to contact in their absence.

hours.
- Students to ring and leave a message or place written message
on academic's door or leave at Student Office. (® pigeon
holes).
- Will leave a number of contact numbers and best time of day
to be reached.
- Need to leave clear messages.
- Students should re-contact academic staff if no response within
48 hours.
- If there is still no response contact Student Office who will
follow this up
