  Clinically Speaking will help you succeed on clinical placements by improving your communication with patients, their families and staff.

• Clinical rules and regulations

  The NSW Department of Health has regulations relating to students on clinical placements. Make sure that you comply with the rules.

• Clinical uniform and equipment

  You are required to wear the Faculty uniform and have particular equipment with you when you are on clinical placements.

• Rural and remote placements

  The Faculty offers students the option of completing a three week block of clinical in third year in a suitable rural/remote area.
