Important information for students commencing the Graduate Certificate in Child and Family Health Nursing and Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management
The New South Wales Department of Health has implemented policies and procedures whereby all health care workers, including nursing students who undertake clinical placements, must comply with certain rules and regulations. Please ensure that you meet all the requirements.
Even if you already have these formalities completed for your current place of employment you MUST still submit these forms for the University records.
Students who have accepted their offer into this course will be sent all documents for the above requirements by January 2014. If you have accepted your offer and not received this information by late January 2014, please email Health.Clinical.Practice@uts.edu.au
