Progress reports

It is a University requirement for higher degree by research students that a progress report be completed and submitted for Autumn and Spring semesters each year. If you have been on leave of absence or under examination for that semester you will not be required to complete a progress report.

Progress reports are sent to students by the University Graduate School and have a due date by which they have to be returned to the Faculty.

Please note that the FULLY COMPLETED progress report must be submitted to the Research Administrator by the due date. Failure to submit progress reports by the due date can affect your candidature.

It is the student's responsibility to ensure that their progress report is completed and signed by the Principal supervisor and Co-supervisor and submitted by the due date. Please note that if you wish to see your supervisor's comments after they have completed the supervisor's section you must do so before the due date. If you will not have time to get the report back from your supervisor and submit it by the due date you can request that a copy of the report be sent back to you.
