Professor Christine Duffield

Welcome to the Centre for Health Services Management, a Centre of the Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Health. The Centre continues to play a leadership role in the Australian health care sector through its research, teaching and consulting activities. Growth in international research and collaborative projects continues. At the national level CHSM is in partnership with New South Wales and Queensland Health Departments in offering a health services planning course. I hope this website provides you with information about our staff, programs of study, research interests and projects.

The Centre for Health Services Management offers health services management and planning programs, including nursing management, to a range of students nationally and internationally; from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors; from acute and non-acute settings and from a range of professional backgrounds. In addition staff and graduate students (Master of Health Services (Honours), Doctor of Health Services and PhD) are engaged in a diverse range of research projects in collaboration with industry ensuring a contemporary and collaborative approach to the development of health services.
